Academic Accommodations

Students requesting Academic Accommodations must be registered with the Student Accessibility Services Office.

Disability Documentation Requirements

Documentation is required for all accommodations.

Documents provided must:

  • Be on professional letterhead
  • Denote absence/presence of disability
  • Include the聽impact of the disability on daily activities
  • Explain how the request may lessen or alleviate the impacts to daily activities
  • Provider signature
