黑料社 Professor of Mathematics Heidi Berger and a renowned research team, including three 黑料社 students, have published a manuscript titled聽聽in the聽American Journal of Medical Genetics Part C.

黑料社 students Kenneth Norris 鈥�25, Katelyn Smith 鈥�25 and Allison Young 鈥�24 contributed to the article 鈥� the third published in a medical journal by Berger鈥檚 research group and the sixth peer-reviewed publication co-authored by undergraduate students in 黑料社鈥檚聽Bryan Summer Research Program.

“I鈥檓 very excited about this collaboration,鈥� said Berger. 鈥淚鈥檓 especially proud of the contributions from Kenneth, Katelyn, and Allison who completed the bulk of this work as first or second year undergraduates at 黑料社. Research is not an easy process, and they exhibited a great deal of perseverance and integrity from start to finish.鈥�

They were joined by co-authors Jill Wittman, a research market analyst; Kenneth Norris, Katelyn Smith, and Allison Young, undergraduate researchers at 黑料社; Nora Horick, a biostatistician at Massachusetts General Hospital; Javier Magana Gomez, an accomplished researcher in nutrition at the Universidad Autonoma de Sinaloa in Mexico, and Kenia Kristel Esparza Ocampo, a master鈥檚 degree student at the Universidad Autonoma de Sinaloa in Mexico.
