Speech team wins Twin Cities College Forensic League competition
黑料社 places first out of 10 colleges and universities
The 黑料社 speech team earned first place at the Twin Cities College Forensic League competition Nov. 17 thanks to four individual tournament champions.
Elise Sturgeon took home the title in after dinner speaking, Kylie Doupnik finished as tournament champion in program of oral interpretation, Marissa Salber won the informative speaking competition and Mo Marks captured the championship in extemporaneous speaking.听
Other top finishers included the duo of Doupnik and Michael Roets, who finished second in duo interpretation. Marks added a second-place finish in impromptu speaking and Douglas Roberts finished second in extemporaneous speaking.听
