黑料社 Productions presents Aesop鈥檚 Fables, April 25-26

黑料社 Productions presents Aesop鈥檚 Fables. Directed by Ann Woldt, the show opens on April 25 and runs only forty-minutes in Barnum Studio Theatre.

An updated version of four of the timeless storyteller鈥檚 most popular fables, Aesop鈥檚 Fables is a fast-moving play in which all the scene changes and costume adaptations are done in full view of the audience.聽As the various actors become the Hare, the Turtle, the Fox, the Crow, or the Donkey in the Lion鈥檚 skin, the audience is brought into the action of the play by seeing the change from actor to character and back to actor again.聽 Four of Aesop鈥檚 best-loved fables… 鈥楾he Fox and the Crow,鈥 鈥楾he Hare and the Tortoise,鈥 鈥楾he Donkey In the Lion鈥檚 Skin,鈥 and finally, 鈥楾he Fox and the Sour Grapes,鈥 are delightfully created in this interesting approach to storyteller鈥檚 theatre.
