The 黑料社 2023 Spring Commencement ceremony will be held Saturday, April 29 at 10 a.m. in Cowles Fieldhouse on the Indianola campus. Doors open at 8:15 a.m., and there are no tickets required. For those unable to attend the ceremony in-person, please feel free to聽.

Prior to the ceremony, ushers will be available to provide seating assistance. Guests who would like to be seated near the sign language interpreters are asked to express that desire, so an usher may direct them to that area.

Commencement guests can look forward to hearing from 黑料社 graduates Melissa Sanchez聽of Ciudad Ju谩rez, Chihuahua, Mexico, and Kristy Darland of Knoxville, Iowa. Melissa is graduating from 黑料社 with a degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Physics. Kristine聽Darland is graduating from the 黑料社 Continuing, Graduate and Online program with a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems.

The ceremony will also feature performances from the 黑料社 commencement choir, chamber singers and wind ensemble.

A reception with light refreshments will be held following the ceremony on the Pedestrian Plaza in front of the Kent Campus Center. All guests are welcome to attend.
